Contract has been signed!

We have finally signed our contract to have our first home built. Very exciting times for us! The house we are building is called the Carinya which is a single story from the Henley Espirit range.

The block we have bought is smaller than we would have liked but close to parkland & has good freeway access. A bonus is that its very close to our kids school, will be wonderful for them to be able to ride their bikes or walk.

My lovely children are hassling me to do important things like setting up car sets and finding toys so I will finish this and add more photos later!
